Boarding Terms & Conditions

Vaccination: Up-to-date proof mandatory.
Parasites: Cats must be free of Fleas & Ticks.
Infections: FIV, FeLV, FIP, Flu strictly not accepted.

💊 Diet & Care

Medication: RM10 fee per night for administration.
Dietary: Bring your own food for special diets.
Safety: No raw food allowed for hygiene reasons.

⏰ Check-In & Payment

Hours: Check-in/out: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Deposit: Deposit is required to secure a booking & full payment must be paid before date of check-in.
Festivals: No playtime sessions during holiday seasons.

🛡️ Health & Safety

Healthy Cats: Cats must be healthy, active and free from any illness prior to their grooming appointment.
Ear Mites: We are not responsible for any dirty ear caused by ear mites after the cleaning process. Kindly refer to a vet for treatment.

📅 Appointments & Payment

Booking Only: Grooming service is by appointment only. Walk-in customers are not accepted.
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon completion.

⏱️ Grooming Process

Duration: No express grooming service provided. The process may take 2–3 hours or more, depending on the cat’s temperament.
Cooperation: If the cat is uncooperative, we may not be able to continue the session for safety reasons.
